 When Initial Impressions personalizes your gift, we use rotary engraving, laser engraving, dye sublimation, hot foil stamping and glass carving. What our different options allow you to do is get the personalization that you want for your gift, not just what you see on the store shelf.
Our engraving can be used on products such as metals, plastics, and woods. Dye Sublimation can be used to personalize your products with your treasured pictures on coffee cups, ceramic tiles, mouse pads, coasters, picture frames, puzzles, plaques and on and on. Hot foil stamping creates personalization on leathers such as nightstand organizers, jewelry cases, luggage, money clips and secret journals! Glass carving is for anything on glass. . . Initial Impressions will stand behind every product sold. Understandably, personalized gifts cannot be accepted for return. If your order is has defects from the manufacturer or engraving mistakes on our part, you may return it in its original packaging and in new condition for a credit or exchange. All returns must be made within 30 days.
