I want to thank you for the personalized apron I ordered for my 9-year old granddaughter, Bryn, for Christmas. It arrived on Monday. Since I don't make purchases over the Internet, I was absolutely delighted to see the finished product. The detail you put into the lettering of her name and the tulips is very impressive. I know Bryn will love this apron and will have many wonderful cooking experiences with her mom.

I just wanted to say Thank You!!! I can't believe I received the throw already and let me tell you we loved it!!! My husband was actually on his way to his mother's with my son and the box was at the door and we opened it up and it became a family trip cause we just had to give it to her. I wanted to thank you for getting the child's pink robe to me last week. Your customer service was extraordinary! You added the extra touch and concern that most businesses think are not necessary. I had ordered a monogrammed girls robe from a well-known catalog early in April and was promised delivery by my date of May 13th. Every time I checked on the robe it was still backordered but was assured I'd have it. I advised them if they could not guarantee it I needed to make other arrangements. On May 10th I contacted them and was informed me they could no longer guarantee delivery. That's when I found you. You immediately located the robe in your stock, monogrammed it and had it out to me that very same day. The robe was for my granddaughter and part of a theme package for the family. It was very important to me to have this robe to complete the gift set. My gift was complete because of your extra effort.

You can be sure; I will pass this positive experience around to my friends and at work. Thank you again -

"Every once in a while you'll get really great service somewhere. I just had that pleasant experience and wanted to share it with all of you.

I searched the internet for a "turtle fur" blanket as a baby gift for our new niece. William had received two at birth and they are now his "kiki's".

I found a great website and ordered the item for a price $10 less than purchasing the item in Traverse City. They also included embroidery in their price. She e-mailed back with a note filled with joy on how perfect that would be, explaining that she was going out of town for two days and then she'd get right to it.

We went on vacation for a week and came home to the attached e-mail and a thank you note from Caitlin today, so I know the kiki is being cuddled as I write this.
